Implementation Documents

The below documents represent the set of prudential standards adopted by the Central Bank for the regulation and supervision of the banking sector.

These guidelines outline the overall framework for the calculation of minimum capital requirements and constituents of capital based on the Basel Framework as developed by the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision.  The Central Bank aims to ensure that all banks maintain a level of capital that is consistent with the risks arising from their operations.
