The Central Bank's Tertiary Level Internship and High School Work Experience Programme are designed to provide valuable work experience for students considering careers in Economics, Finance, Accounting, IT, and other areas.
The Bank believes that by combining academic endeavours with project-related work experience, students can gain the practical knowledge needed in a competitive job market.

Eligibility Criteria
Students must be currently enrolled in a high school or tertiary level institution. An application must be submitted along with an official request letter from the school.
Summer Employment
The objectives of the summer employment programme are to give back to the community, provide opportunity to gain work experience, offer economic incentives, and build/promote the Bank’s brand.
Eligibility Criteria
Students who have completed at least one year of junior college.
