Pursuant to Section 3 of the Moneylenders Act, Revised Edition 2020, Section 4 of the International Banking Act, Revised Edition 2020 and Section 12 and 13 of the Domestic Banks and Financial Institutions Act, Revised Edition 2020 the Central Bank of Belize hereby advises that:
