The Belize Consolidated Sanctions List (Consolidated List) maintained by the FIU under section 68(5Q) of the Money Laundering and Terrorism (Prevention) Act, Cap. 104 (MLTPA) was amended by order of the High Court on 26th February 2025 to remove one individual from the Consolidated List.
