The Government of Belize announces an extension of the Expiration Time for its Offer (as described in its offer to purchase and consent solicitation statement, dated 13 September 2021 (as amended, modified and supplemented) to 22 October 2021 at 5 p.m. New York City time (unless further extended by the Government).
