How to File Complaints against Regulated Financial Service Providers
To file a complaint against regulated financial service providers, kindly submit the following details to the Central Bank of Belize via email at [email protected] or via the Contact Us form:
1. A complaint letter or email
Complaint letter or correspondence should include:
- date and time of incident
- description of incident (what, where, when, who, why, etc.)
- any other supporting details
2. Complainant contact information
Include the following contact information:
- email address
- phone number
3. Regulated Financial Service Provider's information
Regulated Financial Service Provider information to include:
- name of financial service provider
- name of representative of the financial service provider
- branch of service provider (if applicable)
The Central Bank will be in touch with you regarding your complaint.
